MODD Prefabricated Building

MODD PANEL

This system has load bearing outer panels, and outer facade is made of wooden plank tiles or stone tones, and interiors are plasterboards. The outer wall thickness is 10 cm. There are no caps for connecting the panels. For this reason, the interior and exterior appearance of the building is continuous like the classical building. The building projects and designs are prepared entirely in the direction of the customer's request. The most important feature of Modd panel prefabricated building is that it does not shrink during disassembly and installation. These prefabricated structures can be constructed as single or double floors.

TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

LOADS

Frame system endures 184 kg / m² Snow Load, 130 km / h Wind Load and 1st Degree Earthquake Zone static calculations. (TS 498)

COLUMNS

Special bended profiles. They are placed at intervals of 2.50 m.

TRUSSES

They are placed at an interval of 2.50 m in the direction of the building length. The truss bottom, top heads and interconnection rolls are special bended profiles drawn from the sheet DKP in the form machine. Trusses are connected with box profile beams.

WALLS

Building Wall Height: 2500mm

Wall Width: 2.50 m

Surfaces: Depending on the exterior surface of the outer panel, yalipan, tasonit, inner surfaces are 8mm cemented chipboard.

Insulation: 50 mm glass wool mattress.

ROOF AND CEILING

There are 40 cm fringes on either side of the building. Roof coating 0.50 trapeze galvanized sheet (27/200 form), ceiling insulation; 8mm glass wool mattress. Ceiling coating; 12.5 mm white plaster, green plaster suspended ceiling in wet spaces.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Outer doors; Steel doors, interior doors American panel, Rall 9002 in color. The windows are Pimapen brand and double glazed.
